Totally BS! If US went to war with China we would hit them on every domain at once. SPACE , air Sea etc! Decoys would fool any Chinese defense while non detected weapons destroy all Chinas defenses. China would not have a chance! They may get lucky with a few strikes but would be overwhelmed and taken out within a week
