    Define lethal radiation, what’s the dose rate at this location?

    I’m going to hazard a guess that:

    1: The dose rate is a fraction of what it was when said sandbags were stacked.
    2: Those sandbags were stacked by people

    Hence I doubt that a lethal dose of radiation is in that location
